Do I need architectural drawings to get a quote?
No! You can describe your project and provide rough dimensions. However, providing floor plans significantly improves the accuracy of your estimate.
Is the quote binding?
The instant estimate is indicative only. After reviewing your floor plans, we issue a formal quotation which, once signed, forms part of the contract.
What payment terms do you offer?
We typically work on a 30% deposit, progress payments at key milestones, and 5% retention released after final handover.
